About Irish Rose Bakery

Irish Rose Bakery is owned and operated by Chef Erin. She was trained at South Seattle, graduating on the Dean’s list at the top of her class with a degree in Pastries and Specialty Baking. She then went to work for various bakeries and restaurants on the Eastside, finally landing at a local high school where she perfected the art of making healthy treats for student and faculty lunches. In Fall 2011 her youngest son went off to college it was time for Chef Erin to strike out on her own and in the spring of 2012 Irish Rose Bakery, Inc. was born. Chef Erin uses fresh ingredients to craft each unique dessert from scratch.

Irish Rose Bakery works as a "Cottage Baker" in Renton, Wa. Irish Rose Bakery sells exclusively at local farmers markets and craft shows in King County. Take a look at our calendar to find out where we are this week.
